This is recipe is great for a quick energy boost mid-day or before your workouts.
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt (or soy yogurt)
1/2 small, peeled ripe banana
1/4 cup stemmed, sliced strawberries
1/2 tsp. natural honey
11/2 tbsps. vanilla soy protein powder
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth
Prep ahead of time and take to work in a seal-tight cup (available at most nutrition supplement stores and grocery stores).
Store it in the fridge, shake and drink when you’re ready to eat.
